Q: Does my pet need to be vaccinated?
A: Yes, and we’ll be sure to mark it in your account. We do sanitize our equipment after each family.
Q: Will my pet be kept in a cage or kennel?
A: ABSOLUTELY NOT! Let’s face it, the only reason other groomers use cages is to neglect and store your pet until ready. Our entire business has been designed around the idea of being a private cage free salon. One family at a time means your pet has my undivided attention the entire visit, in our secure (baby-proofed) salon.
Q: Can you sedate my pet?
A: No, and many pets that normally need to be tranquilized or sedated in some way by the Veterinarian DO NOT need it here. We have put many amenities in place to calm and relax your pet, please contact us so we can get everything set-up.
Q: How long will it take?
A: About an hour per pet. Again they are Not stacked in cages waiting around, so pick-up and drop off times are very important for us to keep a one family at a time schedule.
Q: Do You use pet products?
A: Yes, I’m a little crazy about the products that I use. Only cruelty free, biodegradable, natural pet products by Eqyss. I am not comfortable using anything less on your pet or mine.
Q: Will you groom aggressive dogs?
A: Yes, most of the aggression is caused by the environment, unfamiliar people and other dogs. We work specifically with working breeds and understand how to correctly handle bite trained animals.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Everything… Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Bitcoin, B2B Trade. You can Pay Online or in the salon.
